Agreement & eligibility
These terms form the contract between you and JUMPTHROW LTD for using JumpThrow.
These terms are a contract between you and JUMPTHROW LTD for your use of jumpthrow.gg and any JumpThrow service that links to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- You must be at least 18 to create an account, connect a platform, or upload a demo.
- If you use JumpThrow for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms.
- Our Privacy Policy separately explains how we use personal data.
Service & accounts
JumpThrow provides CS2 analytics and tools through accounts, uploads, and connected platforms.
JumpThrow provides CS2 match history, player statistics, rankings, demo processing, visualizations, sharing tools, and connected-platform features. Some features may be available without an account.
- Give accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from our failure to use reasonable care.
- Connecting Steam or FACEIT authorizes us to request and process the data needed for that feature. You can disconnect a platform or delete your account using the available controls.
Uploads & public data
You keep your rights in uploaded content and give us the permission needed to process and display it.
You keep any rights you hold in content you upload. You give JUMPTHROW LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transform, transmit, cache, and display it only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and maintain JumpThrow.
You confirm that you may lawfully upload the content and grant this licence. Do not upload malicious files, unlawfully obtained material, or content that infringes another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.
CS2 demos and platform records contain information about other players. Match, player, ranking, and visualization pages may be public, shareable, and indexed by search engines.
The licence ends when the relevant content is deleted, except for temporary backups and data that we may lawfully retain under the Privacy Policy, including public match records or legal and security evidence. We may remove content that breaches these terms or law.
Acceptable use
Do not use JumpThrow unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, or in ways that harm service stability.
You must not:
- use JumpThrow unlawfully, fraudulently, to cheat, or to breach the rules of Valve, Steam, FACEIT, a tournament, or another platform;
- attempt unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, introduce malware, or interfere with the service or another user;
- evade security, access, upload, or rate limits, or use automation and scraping at a volume that harms availability or imposes unreasonable cost;
- impersonate another person, manipulate records, misuse another person’s identifiers, or submit false reports; or
- copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service itself except with our written permission or where law expressly permits it.
IP & third parties
JumpThrow owns its service; third-party games, platforms, data, and trade marks remain independent.
JUMPTHROW LTD and its licensors own JumpThrow’s software, design, branding, and original content. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
Valve, Steam, Counter-Strike, FACEIT, game assets, platform data, and their trade marks belong to their respective owners. JumpThrow is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with them unless we expressly say otherwise.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy notices. Their availability, data, and decisions are outside our control, and you must comply with their rules when using a connected feature.
Fees & paid features
JumpThrow is currently free and does not currently offer a subscription.
JumpThrow is currently free and does not currently offer a paid subscription. If we introduce a paid feature, we will show its price, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refund, and any additional terms before you buy it. We will not charge you without your express agreement.
Suspension & availability
We may act against misuse and cannot promise that every feature or data source is always available.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, non-payment of a future paid feature, or a suspected breach of these terms. Where lawful and practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond.
You may stop using JumpThrow at any time and may delete your account using the available account control. Sections that by their nature must continue, including ownership, accrued rights, and liability provisions, survive termination.
We use reasonable care to operate the service, but features may be changed, delayed, or withdrawn and third-party data may become unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted service or permanent storage, so keep your own copy of anything you need.
Consumer rights & liability
These terms do not take away rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
If you are a consumer, we provide the service with reasonable care and skill and these terms do not reduce your statutory rights. Match data, rankings, and analysis are informational: they may be incomplete, delayed, or affected by source data and do not guarantee competitive results.
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, was caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or was caused by your breach.
If you use JumpThrow for business purposes, to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data, or for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights, or anything else that law does not allow us to exclude.
You are responsible for reasonably foreseeable losses we suffer because of your deliberate unlawful use or material breach of these terms, except to the extent that we caused or failed to mitigate the loss.
Changes, law & general
We will handle material changes fairly, and English law governs these terms.
We may update these terms for legal, security, technical, or service changes. Changes apply prospectively. We will update the date above and give reasonable advance notice of a material change where practical. If you do not agree, stop using the affected service before the change takes effect.
English law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protection given by the law of your home country and may bring proceedings in any court available to you under that law. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the rest remain effective. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. No person other than you and JUMPTHROW LTD has a right to enforce these terms.
